Don't lose your temper with a client - or this happens.

 We all have our limits, however, and if we find ourselves at our wit’s end, we must take a step back before responding or making any decisions.

 It’s important to remember that often taking some time out for yourself can be beneficial for both you and those around you – allowing for better decision-making and more successful outcomes in the long run.

Being aware of how much energy you have available to dedicate to work is crucial during times of stress or exhaustion; if you find yourself feeling overwhelmed then taking some time off will likely benefit you more than powering through and risking burning out completely. 

Here are some general tips which can help:

·      Take regular breaks throughout the day  -
·      Get enough sleep each night (at least 7-8 hours)      
·      Don't forget to eat meals throughout the day           
·      Make sure there's enough variety in your work schedule so as not to become bogged down
·      Exercise regularly to keep your energy levels up       
·      Rely on supportive colleagues for stress relief

Most importantly – know your own limits! If something feels too overwhelming or difficult then don’t hesitate to put it down and come back later with a clear head. 

Even just doing something simple like going outside for ten minutes can make all the difference in refocusing your mind before tackling whatever tasks lie ahead.
